In March 2008, we opened the first pizzeria Mamma Teresa in Landskrona. The room was 40 m2 and we only had a small table and space for 8-10 seated guests indoors. We invested in local ingredients from the beginning in combination with Italian delicacies and specialties and we have never compromised on quality.
Our pizzas and bread are baked with locally grown durum wheat from Hven and in combination with real Parma ham, salami, freshly grated Parmesan cheese and mozzarella, our food becomes like a trip to Italy without leaving Landskrona.
